IOT Holding ASA has on the 19. and 20. February 2007 bought forward contracts of 7.000.000 shares in Petrojack ASA with 24. May 2007 delivery.

After the above mentioned transactions, IOT Holding ASA controls 8.210.069 shares in Petrojack ASA, equal to 12,64 percent of the shares outstanding.
