On 10 September 2008, Independent Oil & Resources ASA has extended a forward contract of 54.382.000 shares in Petrolia Drilling ASA.
New delivery date for the Petrolia Drilling ASA shares is 10 December 2008.

After the above mentioned transaction, Independent Oil & Resources ASA controls 225.902.747 shares in Petrolia Drilling ASA, including the above mentioned forward contract, corresponding to 22,42 % of the shares outstanding in Petrolia Drilling ASA.
