Independent Oil & Resources ASA has on the 08 February 2008 bought 6.000.000 own shares in Independent Oil & Resources ASA.

Independent Oil & Resources ASA has also settled a forward contract and taken delivery of 15.130.615 own shares in Independent Oil & Resources ASA.

Following these transactions Independent Oil & Resources ASA holds 23.662.855 own shares in the company, represented 7,7% of the outstanding shares.
