IOT Holding ASA has on 08 January 2007 received an updated certificate of registration reflecting the 73,000,000 new shares issued in connection with the private placement on 05 January 2007.
The share capital is increased with NOK 1,825,000 from NOK 5,825,153.65 to NOK 7,650,153.65.
