IOT Holding ASA – disclosure of shareholding

IOT Holding ASA ("IOTA") has on 30 November 2007 purchased 49,382,000 shares in Petrolia Drilling ASA ("PDR").

After this purchase, IOTA holds 212,586,747 shares in PDR, corresponding to 20.99 percent of the shares outstanding in PDR.

IOTA does not own further rights to shares in PDR.
