General meeting

The general meeting elects members to the board of directors. Summons to the general meeting will be distributed in accordance with Norwegian Law.

IOT has one share class, and each share carries one vote at IOT’s general meeting.

Board of directors

IOT’s board of directors shall have three to five members. IOT shall seek a majority of independent non-executive board members, elected by the Company’s shareholders.
